Just recently, a story about how it is possible to make bogus names into reality caught me. I mean, in this world we are living, billions of name combinations can be created…and we all can do it, maybe just for fun perhaps? But this particular person, he’s good as a dirty professional crook named… I don’t know. Allegedly, this person belonged to the higher office of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office under Ex-President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
In PCSO, they have this guarantee letter where they give it to the underprivileged as a proof they can present as their hospital payment. According to PCSO director Mabel Villarica-Mamba, they have discovered 17 boxes of suspicious guarantee letters on which they believed it’s for the “ghost patients.” To support this, Mamba and her group made an investigation and it turned out that 10% to 20% guarantee letters are for true patients and the remaining are for sham names.
In addition to this, they believed that it is possible that this person together with his minions and the hospital conspired so they would make this hoax come to life. Just like a magician trying to perform his abracadabra to gain money.
What the?! Millions of pesos should be given equally to the deprived Juan Dela Cruz who are sick and can’t afford to live and sustain their life. Many unfortunate Filipino citizens deserve to receive help and support from our government. But what are these people doing? Stealing their only hope to live? Or much worst, STEALING Filipino’s wealth.
This person should feel ashamed. Saying and throwing bad things about other people. Lying constantly as if he doesn’t exist in a world where there is no conscience.
